By ordering from Kavora Mercantile you agree to the terms below. They apply to the whole of this website.

The seller

Kavora Mercantile trades from G24X+R4R, 4182, Block F, Carterpuri Village, Sector 23A, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India and runs this site. We are open Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Where a product carries a maker’s name, that name belongs to its owner and is used only to describe what is being sold. No endorsement or affiliation is claimed or implied.

Who can buy here

Orders may be placed by adults capable of contracting under Indian law, for delivery within India.

Accuracy of listings

Product information is taken from the manufacturer and checked before publishing. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real thing.

Prices are in INR and may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to it.

If an obvious error puts a price far below its real value, we may cancel the order and refund in full rather than supply at that figure. You will be told before anything is decided.

How an order is confirmed

We reserve the right to decline an order. The agreement is formed only when the goods are sent.

The commercial terms

The Payment Policy covers how to pay, the Shipping Policy covers how long delivery takes and what it costs, and the Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy cover what happens when you want to send something back or call an order off.

This shop is not GST-registered, being under the threshold. Orders carry no GST and no GST invoice is available.

Using this website

Please use the site for its purpose. You must not:

• Republish material from this site without written permission
• Use the checkout to place orders in bad faith
• Deploy bots, scrapers or stress tools against these pages
• Try to break into accounts, administrative areas or the server itself

Intellectual property

Original copy and layout here are ours. Anything belonging to a manufacturer — marks, logos, supplied imagery — stays theirs.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost time, arising from a delay or a fault.

Statutory rights remain intact; this clause operates only so far as the law permits.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays arising from floods, strikes, transport shutdowns or similar events. Where such a delay becomes unreasonable, you may cancel for a full refund.

Law and jurisdiction

This agreement is made under Indian law, with the courts of Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction.

Before anything reaches a court, please write to customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop. Most problems are settled in a single exchange of emails.

Changes to these terms

Revisions are published here. Orders already placed continue under the terms then current.

Stock and availability

Availability shown on the site is our best information, not a guarantee. Where we cannot supply, you get a full refund without argument.

Large orders

Quantity caps may be applied to protect stock for other customers. For trade or bulk quantities, contact customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop before ordering.

Reviews and feedback

Reviews left on product pages should be your own honest experience of the item. We do not write reviews, pay for them, or delete a review because it is unflattering — only if it is abusive, off-topic or fraudulent.

Formal notices

We write to the email you gave at checkout. To serve a notice on us, use customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop or the postal address G24X+R4R, 4182, Block F, Carterpuri Village, Sector 23A, Gurugram, Haryana 122017, India.

If part of these terms fails

If a court finds any clause here unenforceable, that clause is struck out and the rest continues to apply.

The whole agreement

The contract is made up of this page and the payment, shipping, return and cancellation policies. Informal statements do not vary it.

Not acting on a breach immediately does not prevent us from acting on it afterwards.

Change of ownership

Neither side may hand this agreement to a third party without the other’s agreement, save that a sale of the business carries existing orders with it unchanged.
