Cancellation Policy

An order can be stopped while it is still in the shop. Once the courier has it, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return & Refund Policy takes over.

How long you have

Up to the moment of dispatch. Packing runs to 1–2 business days, so in practice you have that long to change your mind.

How to cancel

Send the order number to customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop asking us to cancel, or ring +91 1244088537. Nothing is cancelled until we confirm it back to you.

Cancel some items and keep the rest if you prefer. Note that a smaller basket may no longer qualify for free delivery at ₹1,499.

Your money back

For prepaid UPI orders, expect the reversal in 5–7 working days. For COD, cancellation is simply the end of the matter — you were never charged.

Once it is with the courier

Once it is moving, the Return & Refund Policy replaces this page. You have 10 days from the day the parcel is delivered.

Declining delivery is your right. Persistent refusals of COD parcels, however, may lead us to offer UPI only on future orders.

Cancellation by us

If stock, pricing or courier coverage makes an order impossible, we cancel it, tell you why, and return the full amount paid.

Frequent cancellations

There is no charge for cancelling. Where a pattern of repeated cancellations develops, we may ask for prepayment on later orders.

Written confirmation

You receive written confirmation of every cancellation. Keep it as your reference for any refund query.
