Privacy Policy
When you buy small pet supplies here, some personal information is unavoidable — an address to deliver to, for a start. This policy covers all of it.
The data collected
We keep the list short. It comes down to:
- Name, full delivery address including PIN code, a contact number and an email address
- Order contents, date and value. No bank or UPI credentials are stored at any point
- Correspondence: emails, form submissions and notes from phone calls
- Basic technical data from your visit — browser type, approximate location, pages viewed
Purpose of collection
We use it to complete the sale, deliver the goods, resolve problems and maintain lawful business records.
Nothing is sold on. An order does not put you on a mailing list — that only happens if you ask for it.
Who else sees it
The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because it cannot deliver without them. Nobody else receives your details except where the law requires it.
Cookies
Cookies here do two jobs: hold the basket contents and maintain your session. You can block them, though the cart will not survive if you do.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Enquiries that never became orders are cleared out once they are closed and no longer useful.
How it is protected
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is limited to the people who handle orders. No system is perfect, but the data held here is deliberately minimal.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion by writing to customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop. We respond within Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This policy is framed under Indian law, in particular the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its data-protection rules.
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and any such data found is deleted.

Payment details
Because payment happens in your UPI app or in cash at the door, the site holds no payment instrument details of any kind.
Accuracy
Details can be corrected while an order is still being packed. Email customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop as soon as something changes.
Other sites
Some links lead away from Kavora Mercantile, typically to a courier. Once you leave this site, the policy of the site you land on applies.
How decisions are made
We do not profile customers or make automated decisions that affect them. Every return is judged by someone who has the goods in hand.
Complaints
Write to customersupport@kavoramercantile.shop marking the subject Data Concern. We acknowledge within Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and give a full reply as soon as the matter has been looked into. If you remain unsatisfied, you may approach the authorities under Indian law.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We rely on the order itself. You give an address so that a parcel can reach it, and that is the limit of what the information is used for.
Withdrawing consent after an order has shipped does not stop the courier from having the address it already holds, and it does not erase accounting records we are required to keep.
